How ChanceSHS provides paid prediction products and what you can expect
Products we sell
ChanceSHS offers the following paid products through Paystack:
- Premium Report — a detailed placement report with school cutoff trends, subject match guidance, and a downloadable PDF.
- Early Alert — instant placement notification support for when BECE results and placements are released.
- Bundle packages — combinations of Premium Report and Early Alert, with additional convenience features.
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Paystack. ChanceSHS does not handle your MoMo PIN or financial credentials. We only store order and transaction metadata required to confirm and fulfill the purchased product.
For support with payment issues, please contact us by email or WhatsApp and include your MoMo transaction ID.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate information for your BECE results and school preferences. This helps ChanceSHS generate the most useful predictions and avoids errors in your report.
Do not share your account or payment details with others. If you need help, contact us directly before making multiple purchases.
Refund policy
If you paid but were unable to access your premium report due to a technical issue on our end, we will give you a full refund. However, if you simply changed your mind after accessing the report, we cannot offer a refund. Contact us and we will help you.
